Down the elevator
Body Club’s defining gimmick is architectural: you descend by elevator into a basement room near Saldanha, which the club has spun into an “upscale underground” identity since opening in 2011. The pitch is luxury and sensuality rather than neon and noise, and the Picoas–Saldanha address keeps it within a few minutes of the metro and the city’s business-hotel belt.
The show downstairs
The programme covers the standard Lisbon repertoire — pole-dance and stage shows running through the night, table shows brought to you, and private dances behind closed doors. The club leans hard into occasions: bachelor parties, birthdays, private events, and, with a certain wry honesty, divorce parties. If there is something to celebrate or forget, they will build a night around it.
Money matters
Visitors put entry at about €35, a table dance at €50 and a private dance at €100 — mid-table for central Lisbon. The bar skews expensive on cocktails and merciful on beer, a distinction budget-minded regulars have noted approvingly. Bottle prices are not published; ask at the bar before committing to a long night of rounds.
The fine print
The club’s own site says every night from 21:00 to 04:00, while other listings drop Sunday and start at 22:00 — a phone call (+351 213 556 872) settles it if your plans hinge on it. It is an easy walk from Picoas metro, and the elevator entrance keeps arrivals and departures usefully discreet.
