Pensão Amor sits on the corner where Rua do Alecrim meets Rua Nova do Carvalho — Pink Street — in Cais do Sodré. Once a working brothel serving the old docks, it now trades on that history: burlesque-themed rooms, erotic art on every wall, red velvet, and a dancer’s pole. It is one of Lisbon’s most-cited seductive bars, and it earns the label without pretending otherwise.

The doors stay open until roughly 03:00 most nights and closer to 04:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, so it comfortably bridges dinner and the small hours.

It is a two-minute walk from Cais do Sodré station, so trains and the riverside are close. Cards are accepted and staff speak English. The place fills quickly and stays full, so arrive early if you want a seat and later if you want the buzz. When you’re ready to move, the rest of Pink Street is quite literally outside the door.
